Battery was dead when I arrived but otherwise very nice work and clean inside

It was a little unclear when the truck was ready for pickup. I got two separate texts one saying it was ready and the other saying it was almost ready. I also called to ask if I could pick it up the following week since I was out of town when it was finished, but the receptionist was unsure if I would be charged for leaving it there a week.
