Overall repair was great. However, there were black smudge stains (fingerprints) throughout the top lining of my vehicle. Very visible due to the top lining being beige. Maintenance staff should be advised to handle vehicles with care and use gloves when moving about inside of customers vehicles. A nice gentleman who worked in the detailing department attempted to clean the smudges, however, there is still residue. Displeased with the lack of care to my vehicle overall.

Their customer service was pretty good but the work ethic, smh. Paid $2,500 for a door repair and they only painted that one part of the door, I tough the entire door would get repainted I mean, that amount of money. When I called, the person I spoke to told me that they did the best they could. The side of the door that they repaired looks great to be honest, they absolutely did a good job. I tough the job covered the entire door but I guess I was wrong. At least the insurance paid for it 🤷🏽♂️

They did a great job, couldn't even tell it had been dented and perfect match on paint. Everyone was very courteous and professional. They even sent texts every couple of days to let me know the progress of repairs and they even finished ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend them
