It would have been nice to get a courtesy ride to work, so I wouldn't have to call a cab. However, staff was friendly, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. They completed the job nicely, and much sooner than estimated. Thanks!

Body work was fine. A seal was not replaced on the hood and now I have to wait for another part to come in so it can be finished

Horrible experience. Things were delayed due to shipping issues which I understand but I was not kept apprised of anything. The only time I received updates is when I reached out. I had no idea additional damage was found that required more work. I only found out because I called asking. Then after a QA check to give me the car, I had to turn around because the car wasn’t aligned properly.
