Chloe went above and beyond on her customer service skills and communication. I cannnot thank her enough. Hard to find good worker. She is one of the honest ones. There was a minor scratch on the driver front bumper after the service was completed. It was not they're before. She called and corrected the mistake and was honest. Truck was completed on time as promised. Everything look nice. A+ for Chloe. I run 3 Xpress Lube in Anchorage. I am the GM so Customer service and communication and getting the job done is very important. Chloe was outstanding. Will be back for future service. Definitely keep her. Thank you.
