I felt that the appraiser was effective throughout in communicating with the insurance company and with me. The text updates reassured me that my truck was being serviced throughout the time it was at the shop. I liked the intermittent notices about anticipated completion of work. And last, but not least, the repair looks beautiful and my truck looks brand new again!! I’m very pleased! Thank you, Classic Collision!!
