I’m so glad to choose this CC center! They are very well organized and professional! From the moment my car was dropped off, I’m getting updated on the status and they completed the job 10 days ahead of the scheduled date! I’m very much satisfied with the service and my car looks like new again! I highly recommend this place!

I am pleased with the work Classic Collision Team did on my vehicle. From beginning to end, I was updated on the status of the work on my vehicle and where in the repair process the vehicle is in, including expected repairs completed date. In addition, Mr Dalton at Classic Collision took the time to explain the process when the vehicle was dropped off and also took the time to explain all the repairs that were done to the car when I went to go pick it up from the shop. I highly recommend Classic Collision on Abbots Bridge Road in Duluth, GA. The Team there cares about the quality of work they do.

Dalton and Deanna were very kind, thorough, and excellent with their services. Dalton listened to my concerns and questions, provided the information I was looking for, and went above and beyond in terms of accurately assessing and fixing the problems with my car. He conveyed expectations on the repair in a clear and professional manner. Updates from both Dalton and Deanna helped me plan out the busy year-end, and my car was repaired before the expected repair date. I am satisfied and impressed with Classic Collision, and I am grateful to Dalton for changing what was a exasperating experience (my car was hit while parked in a valet parking lot) into a pleasant one full of gratitude. I am definitely coming back if I ever run into car issues again.

Exterior repairs were substantially restored to their original condition; however, there was a small cut/scratch on the lower rear bumper section. No big deal. No problem. The more substantial issues were with the condition of the interior of the vehicle. The interior base of the hatch had scratches throughout, and whatever sticky substance used to repair/adjust that section wasn’t cleaned off, leaving sticky residue on top of the scratched base. Attendent who delivered the car acknowledged the obvious cosmetic defects and tried to clean and polish off the substance with a generic cleaner spray and cloth, but it was obvious that he wasn’t sure if it was going to work, and it hardly had any impact. Kudos for trying, but it was clear that they didn’t know what to do or how to restore the condition. Which was a surprise. None of this, however, compared to what I encountered when opening the driver door, wherein the brand new leather seats were smudged with dirt and dirty streaks, as well as with several sticky black stained spots. That was a shocker, to see how dirty the interior of the car was. Steering wheel was also dirty, and so was the passenger seats, both front and second row (same discoloration and spotty patches of dirt and sticky black residue). Again the attendent wasn’t sure what to do, so I called for the manager. It was the manager’s attitude that was the worst part about the whole situation. He acknowledged all of the interior blemishes, but acted like that was par for the course, and gave off hostile vibes before reluctantly agreeing to do what they could to restore the interior. This, by the way, after his unsuccessful attempt to gaslight me, as well as offer up a bold-face lie that plastic covers were overlaid but that they must “rolled off.” Lame excuses and pathetic manipulation tactics, which may work on only the completely foolish and stupid. Anyway, completely off-putting was this manager’s attitude, as if he was going to do me some sort of favor by agreeing to return my car’s interior to the condition as when I dropped it off and not have the interior of my brand new leather seats look like trash. Alienated by the disgraceful level of customer service, and not trusting them one bit by now, I told the attendant to first spot treat the leather only for the back seat (i.e., discreetly and inconspicuously) so that I could discern if it was doing its job. They had to drive my car towards the hanger, but because it was full, they took it to the back area behind the fence. I walked into the area, and when the manager saw me, that’s when he resumed his hostile posture and told me to get out of the area. No signs were posted to that effect, and now he used that as another excuse to say that they weren’t going to do the work. I challenged his logic, to which he only grew more agitated, hostile, and aggressive, to which thing then escalated into an ugly shouting match. He stormed away, telling me to take my car and leave the premises. I did so, but not before video recording the rental car that I dropped off (Enterprise), for fear they may tamper and vandalize it, either overtly or subtly. That’s how mistrustful I felt by the end of this ordeal, commensurate with the character level that I saw from this manager and the customer service culture that I experienced. By the way, it also took them 2 months to fix what was a minor fender bender for which I brought the car in, and the entire invoice was $6000
