The actual repair looks very good and it was completed much quicker than I expected. However, the policies for drop off and pick up were less than convenient. I find it hard to believe that an appointment is needed to drop it off and there are no provisions to pick it up during the weekend once it is done. For anyone who works all week, this is very inconvenient. It would also be a plus if you actually rented cars there as most collision center do. Thanks for the good work though that truly is most important.

The two things that I found to be a negative is that you don't rent cars there and had no provision to pick up or drop off after hours or on the weekend. However, the works was great and done very quickly.

There are issues going on after the repair. I have called but the machine hangs up on me not allowing me to leave a voicemail because it’s after hours. I’m concerned about the issues and hoping to speak to someone to let me know when I can come in to speak to someone.
