Many things went well and the transaction was smooth except when I asked about which part was the one that originally was going to hold my car repair up but then miraculously came in weeks early , that information was not given to me. I was told I don’t know man. Well please offer to find out for me. I felt dismissed and it made me feel as if something a bit shady took place in the repair of my car. If they had just answered my question I may not have felt that way.

I was dreading this whole repair process. But Classic Collision changed my mind. To say I was impressed with the service is an understatement. Everyone was super helpful. They communicated regularly on the progress of the repairs and completed the job nearly a week early. The work was great too. I am really impressed with the whole experience. It far exceeds any repair experiences I have ever had.

They were very professional for the most part. They do charge 3% fee to use a credit card though, and being a place with high repair bills, that could be exorbitant if paying for a full repair up front on a credit card. Being a fleet vehicle I had to use the corporate card to pay the deductible so was charge the fee.which added$7.50 to the bill.

They were great with messaging what is happening up until the car was done when they said they would call to make a pick up appointment which didn’t happen. I went the next day and just picked it up.
