Keeping me informed of the progress was the best part. There was an issue with the discontinued part and collision was limited to where they could find the part from an aftermarket standpoint so I had to locate the part for them. That’s the only piece I feel could be improved.

I live near Apache Junction and I wanted to support a local business. I wasn't disappointed. It wasn't a huge job but it was done quickly and you can't see that there was ever any damage. It's a clean shop with really nice people. My job was a 5 star.

The actual repair looks very good and it was completed much quicker than I expected. However, the policies for drop off and pick up were less than convenient. I find it hard to believe that an appointment is needed to drop it off and there are no provisions to pick it up during the weekend once it is done. For anyone who works all week, this is very inconvenient. It would also be a plus if you actually rented cars there as most collision center do. Thanks for the good work though that truly is most important.

The two things that I found to be a negative is that you don't rent cars there and had no provision to pick up or drop off after hours or on the weekend. However, the works was great and done very quickly.
