The team at Classic Collision has ALWAYS been very professional with my repairs. I would give it a perfect 10, but discovered they installed a used wheel. I blame State Farm for such practices. My expectation is at least new OEM aftermarket.

There are several dimples in the paint that was done. I am also very disappointed that my vehicle was in your possession, and $4k of repairs were done, and car was only spot washed where the work was done? I expected the entire body of my car to be returned clean.

Good communication while my vehicle was being repaired. However, there is some pitting in the paint that was done. Also, I found it to be very unprofessional that my whole vehicle was not washed before it was returned to me. Only the areas of repairs were washed.

Figured since they did decent the 1st go around that this time would be better. No!!! Kept my car forever. No communication as I elected I wanted done as the progress changed. I had to call on my own or wait for the guy to finally contact me and give me the run around. Paint job looks like they took my car to Maaco at best. I have rubs in the paint as well as trash , I have a 3 inch scratch they painted over. They put a dent in my hood , a scratch on my trunk. I have the videos from the wreck , no dent on hood. I recorded a video at the time they got my car at collision. No dent. So someone there did this. They took contents of my dash out and placed them on the seat. Didn’t put them back in. They took ALL my personal contents from my trunk and did not replace them or give them back. The only thing that body shop has for them is the nice receptionist. That’s all. Will not recommend. Will not be back. Currently trying to get my insurance company to demand them to credit paint job money back so I can go elsewhere. Horrible
