I have not picked up my car, but I’m receiving messages saying it was picked up today. My latest update said the car would not be ready until Monday, 11/1. No one will answer the phone to address what is happening with the vehicle and the mailbox for the alternate line is full. This is not good customer service to send messages that are this disconcerting over a weekend. I will be contacting the shop on Monday morning to find out the true status of the vehicle repair.

1 light was replaced due to damages but I would have liked to be asked if I wanted to pay for the other to match as my car looks odd now. Also 1 repair was not completed and I will have to take time out of my schedule to get done.
