The staff at Classic Collision did a fantastic job on my truck! The body work looks great and they even got it done the same day I had to have it back to tow a trailer. Highly recommend!

Replaced bumper bas a dent and they have done a bad uneven patch paint work in one spot. They have broken and lost the trunk cover attachments and lied that it was like that before I bring the car. I have a video to prove otherwise. Rear door handle is fixed the wrong way and I can not close the rear door with it. License plate was not properly attached and it is rattling. Car has dusty foot steps and dust patches here and there. When I pointed out the paint issues the person who handled the repair tried to cover it up saying my car has bigger issues than that pointing to the pollen patches on the paint. He also said that he can try to redo the work but most of the bumpers they repair and replace will have issues anyway and suggested it would be a waste of another week. The person who handled the repair does not care about quality and satisfaction and was not professional. He tried to cover up the faults by talking down on my car.

I was kept informed of what was being done and when. I knew exactly what was happening and when I can pick the car up. Great communication. The front desk person help me get my rental car and it was seamless
