Slyde and Trish are 2nd to none when it comes to service. Their knowledge of everything - they kept me updated and They know more about State Farm insurance than the agent does. Same with the Rental car people - Trish is an expert with all that (Insurance and Car rental issues) and she followed up with everything related to the entire process of repairs. A lot of people could learn how to deal with customers in all kinds of businesses from Slyde and Trish.
