I had to get two separate rental cars because I was being told that my car would be ready by a certain date.

I kept getting the runaround from the mechanic concerning the repairs and I was overcharged. My insurance adjuster had sent the proper paperwork and payment for the repairs minus my 1,000 deductible. When I picked the car up I was charged 1,148 even though my insurance had paid the 148. The insurance company had to do a stop payment and refund my money because Classic Collision stated that it would take 4weeks to issue a refund
