Body work, parts replacement and paint are absolutely flawless, just as I was expected. Work was almost like the original, if it wasn't for this misalignment issue with the hood line. Front hood line and the front body piece are not aligned correctly. Despite returning the vehicle the first time for failing to align the hood all around. It was returned somewhat better than last time but the hood and the font body line is still misaligned. Hood is visibly higher and unmatched with the front body piece. Pointed this out to agent, I was told, they had spent quite sometimes on this to adjust it. Guessing by this answer, this was the best they can do. I accepted the vehicle but I am really disappointed by that. I truly had a higher expectation from Classic Collision as my first and only choice to have repaired my vehicle.

For a prestigious shop as Elite Collision, I would expect more attention to part detail fit and alignment.

I would have completely satisfied with the work if it wasn't for the hood line that is misaligned with the front end piece. The hood line is basically looking higher than the front-end. I expressed this to service agent, I was basically told this was the best they can do with the adjustment.
