Travelers said they would schedule a tow to the repair shop, went ahead and granted a rental. Said I would hear from the tow ASAP. I waited TEN DAYS and never heard from anyone, except from enterprise, with the message that Travelers had asked for the rental to be returned. Heard from the collision center, they said travelers waited TEN DAYS to send them the claim and they contacted me the same day as receiving the claim. Ten days of my time was wasted. Travelers initially denied my extension of the rental, even though they waited over a week to contact the repair shop. I never heard from them in terms of updates. They didn’t do the tasks they told me they would. As far as Classic Collision, the actual repairs are as expected and satisfactory. However the girl at the front counter would call with “updates” that she did the thing she told me she was going to do, another waste of my time as it was completely arbitrary. Someone adjusted the drivers seat and now will not adjust back. On Friday they tried to take payment by manually typing my card into an employees personal phone through Square, and kept getting denied, my card at no time before, in between, or after had failed anywhere else for any other purchase. Neither woman at the counter informed me of other payment methods, so when I returned Monday I had TO ASK THEM what other payment types they take and had to go get cash out. It’s inconveniently unprofessional to not try to solve the problem of THEIR payment methods not working, at no time did anyone try to run my card on another phone, go get a supervisor, or inform me of other methods. She just said “I can try again” repeatedly, while remaining seated and just frowning at me. Both travelers and classic collision inconvenienced me throughout my claim and will be seeking business with other companies going forward who won’t waste my time or money.

I will never use another repair shop in town. Classic Collision (formerly known as Elite) does phenomenal work in a timely manner, and has excellent customer service! I can’t thank them enough for getting me back into my car so quickly, with my car as good as new!
