Donnie was wonderful to talk to, so knowledgeable about the work on the car, willing to answer any questions, and the work done was perfect. Additionally, the front desk was always so friendly and welcoming when I came in! I would recommend Classic Collision to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I would recommend Classic Collision over and over again. I have worked with the Sandy Springs location before and loved their work and hospitality, so it was amazing to receive the same care in Athens. Classic Collision truly values their customers and you can see that through the phenomenal staff they hire.

The repair quality is phenomenal, and they were so quick with getting my car back to me as soon as it was ready. I was updated throughout the entire process, so I knew when to pick up my car and be able to go through all the repair information with Donnie who handled my car.

Given delays in getting parts, then the need to order additional, and the extra delay due to not having a back-up painter when the only one isn't there for whatever reason... I would recommend for the people who don't rely on having their car available, and aren't concerned about rental costs, or have another vehicle to use.

I'm not sure what can be expected in terms of matching how it came out of the factory vs a body shop repair. In the middle where the bumper the 'light bar' there is a sort of pucker, and along the upper edge of parts of bumper you can see that it was painted, not factory. But overall it looks amazing.

All staff I dealt with (excluding a conversation with the GM) were fantastic. Communications about the length of job, the two extensions, reasonable expectations for completion were disappointing.

Customer service was top notch. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I was kept informed along the way of where my car was in the repair process. The repairs were completed when promised and everything looked great. I would highly recommend Classic Collision!
