The repair was beautifully done. It took longer than expected to get parts, but Classic Collision kept me informed with each step and change in timeline. I was able to ask questions via text and not have to try to play phone tag to get information. I’m very pleased with the product!

So grateful for an easy breezy experience with Classic Collision… from Stephanie at the front desk to Mike and then Mark taking over, there was never a hiccup in communication and they set realistic expectations! Not only did they keep me updated and informed, real-time, during each step, my car was ready earlier than estimated. 10/10 would recommend & refer others. Hopefully I don’t need more body work done, but if I do, I’ll happily hand over my keys and money to Classic Collision!
