David Myers. Classic Collision done an excellent job repairing my wife’s 2021 Honda CRV after she hit a deer. Easy drop off and pick up process with updates along the way. The staff is amazing and super friendly which always takes the sting out of the deductible lol

I think it depends on the type of work that needs to be done for car repairs to be completely honest.

The front right fender was replaced with the light trim around the light on the right, but the other side that wasn’t damaged wasn’t reattached properly or checked. Additionally, the hood I also requested to be realigned/replaced, and it looked almost the same as it did when I got the car back after the accident. I’m eager to take it back in to get the remaining parts fixed, with my top concern being the hood, the hood ceiling strip (both should be replaced), & the overall alignment of the Subaru.

They were very good about providing updates to me about my vehicle, however they were not good about providing real-time updates—like what parts of the car were fixed and what parts they still need to work on.
