I am not sure what the snags were in completing the job. I think it was a month almost for job completion. This could be a delay in receiving the insurance checks which was an issue. But processing checks in either end seemed a little clumsy. However , even though the communications were computer generated it was reassuring . Also, and most important the contact with the staff was excellent! Very professional and supportive. Good communicators. Washington Rd Augusta office was a 10. I hope the building is finished for all of you soon.

Txts updating me on repairs consistently said completion date of 2/27. Before going out of town, I responded with a question to make sure of that date. Never got a response. So went out of town. Then got “surprise” txt update that repairs completed a week early. Had to cut my trip short out of concern for having to pay for still having rental car beyond completion date. When I asked about that, your person’s response was “that wasn’t us; that was the ‘system’.” An unacceptable answer to me as customer.
