The mechanical repair on my vehicle was completed successfully, and I appreciate the timely service. However, the overall experience could have been improved with a bit more attention to cleanliness. It would have been helpful if paper or plastic coverings had been placed over the floor mats and work area to prevent shop dust from being left inside the vehicle. A small detail, but one that makes a difference in customer satisfaction.
