I was extremely pleased with the completed repair. Took longer than I had anticipated, but now realize the job was a bit more involved than I was initially lead to believe. Caliber remains my “ go to” for body work!

Excellent Service from Caliber Collision I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I dropped off my car on August 11 and got it back on August 17, ahead of the estimated completion time they originally provided. The damage was repaired very well, and the paint work looks excellent. I also really appreciated their help coordinating with Enterprise to arrange my rental car, which made the whole process much easier. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. I’m very happy with the quality of the repair and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others! A special thanks to Amy for sending updates throughout the process — her communication made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

My Experience

From my standpoint it was an easy process. I was a driver of a car that was rear-ended and you guys took care of everything. My only knock, I was rear ended, it seems you would have replaced both mufflers….now I have a new shiny muffler and an old dingy muffler which looks terrible .
