Team was great at the location I went to near Northlake Mall. My only complaint was I had to go to five different locations before I found out that that was the one I need to go to nothing against them at all.

Caliber Collision was such a great experience! Jason from Liberty Mutual explained and guided me through the entire process seamlessly. He provided updates when work started, progress was made, and when the car was done and ready for pickup! Additionally the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful! If you need work done, this is the place to go after an accident!!

I informed them that there was water in my car, after someone hit me. After looking and fixing my bumper, they established that the water was coming from another source not connected to the bumper. Cool understood, in the meantime proper care was not taken care of my vehicle because they allowed it to stay wet which let mold grow in my trunk, they left the backseat down, so mold grew in between my seats into my leather. I have asthma so this is what I was trying to prevent by getting what I thought was the problem fixed in the first place. Now I have further damage due to neglect, which also puts my health more at risk. The job they did on my bumper was amazing, but disregard of proper care of my vehicles interior when you were informed is very disappointing.

Upon arrival at Caliber Lakeview location the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The process was explained regarding all the steps to repair my vehicle. I received text with updates on the status of repairs from beginning until it was completed. I was very very pleased with the work done on my vehicle and would recommend them to others with and A1 rating.

When I went to pickup my car. The newly replaced bumper had scratches and a smudge in the paint. The staff were all helpful and said they would repaint the bumper

The guys at caliber collision on Hankins Road in Charlotte we're fantastic. I dealt with a very nice person named Cindy and she took very good care of me. My car was fixed to perfection and was better looking than I thought it would be. It was cleaned up very nice and I was thoroughly impressed

I am super impressed with the quality. Truely exceptional service and craftsmanship. The color match was seamless on my 2014. My entire car was cleaned before it was returned to me, including the trunk. My car looks brand new. There is a guarantee associated with the work.
