Everything about our experience was fantastic! From how quickly we were able to get an estimate for what the repairs would cost, to scheduling the appointment for dropping our vehicle off for the repairs, continuous email updates and/or phone calls regarding the process, and finally to the pickup process. The work was done cleanly and professionally and the vehicle looks fantastic (many thanks to the crew who worked on it). Our communication was through Amy every step of the way. Amy was extremely helpful, honest and polite throughout the entire process. There is no doubt that we have found our favorite collision center if we ever need work done again, and we will definitely recommend your shop to our friends or anyone else who asks where to get their vehicle repaired.
