Totally disappointed my gas cover does not work and I can’t put gas in my car now so I can’t drive my car and I am stuck!

The gas cover was not connected to the- could not open. Could not put gas I. My car. Never fixed back door - as stated in the quote - hatch back not open - almost 2 weeks for an incomplete repair
