Went the pick car up on Friday and the color did not match. Scruff marks were on the car where the parts were placed. I would not accept the car in that condition. It is evident the car was not inspected prior to calling me. The Brookhaven office did a horrible job keeping me notified. The car was delivered back to Gwinnett and I was not informed. I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of work that was done. I am hoping the second time will be better since Infinti of Gwinnett recommended your business. So, classic still has possession of my car, please check your records.

Gary at the Brookhaven location was always very professional, helpful, and honest about the status of the repairs and the claims process. He returned my calls and answered any questions that I had. I felt like the goal of this team was to address all my needs and concerns about the repairs. I also appreciate the daily updates via SMS. Preferred dealing with this shop than the insurance company.

There was a lot of confusion about when the repairs would be completed. This caused me to spend some time trying to sort things out on the phone with several different Classic Collision staff. Additionally, while the interior of the car was detailed quite nicely, everything in the trunk had a layer of dust all over it from the work that was done, which I had to vacuum out. Overall, I thought Classic Collision did a great job on the repairs. But I wouldn't say that I was completely satisfied.

The entire process exceeded my expectations. The nationwide, classic collison enterprise network was very service centric and perfect. Phillip Alexander at Classic Collision is the BOMB! ???????? Very responsive, accomodating, detailed, and just very friendly. He got me my car back with a quick turnaround and a exceptional job. Cannot say enough positive things about him!
