They damaged my car while repairing it and then said they did not damage it! Now I'm stuck with new damage that needs to be repaired. I KNOW the scratches were not there when i dropped my car off now there are new scratches!

I had to sit and wait for service while person was looking at cell phone, eating etc. When another employee walked in he said "oh i thought you were already being served". And my car was there 9 days. I would call and call and no one would answer the phone. Horrible customer service.
