All of my radio stations were changed in my car when I got it back. And it took 3 weeks to get my car back it was estimated to be a week in a half.

While I was satisfied with the repairs, the customer service could use improvement. Staff should speak when potential customers enter the building and if they say a car is ready, a customer shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for the car to be cleaned when they arrive. Lastly, the person who brought my car up was driving with an open cup of coffee in his hand and would not have appreciated if it had spilled in my car.

Overall a very frustrating experience. I feel like I never would have learned about the 2nd part of the repair had I not happenned to be late and run into the tech who found the problem. When I want to pickup the car I had gotten an email the evening before that the car was ready, but had to wait 60 min because it had to be cleaned and then a spot had to be repainted. If you need notice before I pick up the car, SAY SO. When I get a generic email saying the car is ready I assume it is ready. I am filling out this survey because my co-worker had his car fixed at Classic Collision Gwinette and said that y'all actually read this survey.

Job well done. Work was done in a timely manner. Email updates were nice. Car was returned cleaner than when dropped off. Blending of paint was was spot on. Will recommend to others.
