On a scale of 1 - 10 my satisfaction is a 7.5. The dash language on my vehicle had been changed to Spanish, The small antenna was not put back on (it was in the vehicle and I was able to put it on) The repair took 3 days longer than I was originally told. The actual work on the vehicle is great. No need to call unless you are required. Judy
