Upon entering the establishment, 3 men were sitting at desks, not one person greeted or acknowledged my presence. After a couple mins, a man got off the phone and asked : 'can I help you'. I responded: 'hi, how are you, I called about bringing my car in'.

I am not completely satisfied. The cat now leaks water from the engine and the rear window wiper doesn't work. These are issues that were not present when I left the car at the shop. And now I have to take more time off work to bring the car back in. It would also be nice if the text system was more accurate. More of a nausance since the date kept changing and was far off from the actual day.
