The repair of the outside damage was great; however, when I was driving my car I noticed that it was shaking when I stopped at a traffic light. I took to my car dealer and they informed me that the engine mount was broken which was the cause for the shaking. When I picked up my car, I was reassured that everything had been fixed.Yet, to my surprise it wasn't.

I had a wonderful experience. Being greeted by such a warm and inviting group of people was nice. Jennifer took care of my needs worth paperwork, a nice young man with dreads helped with my appraisal very efficient. And a black woman I can't remember her name but she answered my questions and made copies she had a great smile. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you all!

A few issues I was unhappy w rental car. They promised one thing and offered something completely different. That was enterprise not collision. Unhappy w geico slowness about arranging repairs. Too many emails would be my feedback. Confused the issue as to whether car was ready or not.
