Classic collision was great at repairing my vehicle! They communicated great with regular updates and completed my car in a timely manner! They were very nice and helpful during our visit and my car came back cleaner than when I originally dripped it off (inside the vehicle).

My only issue was that I received a text message late afternoon on July 2 saying the service was complete and that I would receive a call to arrange pick up of my car. When I hadn’t received a call by the next morning, I called the business and discovered it was actually closed for the holiday. Had I known, I would’ve picked up my car after the text. Instead I had to call on Monday morning to schedule pick up and ended up being charged extra days by State Farm. I was able to get those charges dismissed later on, fortunately.
