I don’t know if this is a policy or not. When I get my oil changes at a dealership, they video the work on my vehicle. They also show certain things I need to be changed like cabin air filter. I was wondering why y’all didn’t show me the parts that you are replacing or fixing it. Example would be the headlight on my vehicle. They said that they didn’t know if they can keep the old one or replace it with the new one. It would be nice if you can show me why you had to replace the old one with the new one. Thank you.
