Exceptional service. I was kept informed of the progress on repairs to my car and everything was clearly explained. Every employee I spoke with was helpful, kind, nd courteous. They worked directly with the insurance company for me. I highly recommend Buda Classic Collision.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. I liked being kept informed along the way. I was particularly happy with it being completed sooner than expected!!! I just wish the KIA logo would have been able to be put back on the front hood. It was so cute.

Everyone was very professional and friendly!! I appreciated getting text updates along the way about where they were at in the repair process. It was extremely helpful to have Enterprise right there too since I needed a rental car. To top it off, my vehicle was ready much sooner than expected! Highly recommend!!

From the moment I walked in I was provided with stellar customer service! It was a joy seeing the 2 young ladies at the front, they made the paperwork process so easy. They were kind and courteous on the phone and in person. Angel was great to work with! He kept me well informed and he also made the whole process easy. He answered questions that I had and he worked with the insurance to get issues resolved and I didn’t have to do anything on my end! Chris with Enterprise was friendly as well! He helped me get into a rental and return the rental problem free! He was also very informative and helpful. Overall my experience was top notch - unfortunately it was under difficult circumstances - but nonetheless, an overall excellent experience from start to finish!
