The repairs and the personnel at the service center were great. I have an issue with the predatory payment policies instituted by the new corporate ownership. The primary way to avoid the ridiculous 3% service charge on credit cards is to use a debit card. Yet carrying and using a debit card places one’s entire bank account at risk. With such payment policies, cash or checks should be accepted, but these are refused making the experience more difficult for the customer to maximize corporate gain.

Sadie and Angel are the best! All the paperwork is explained clearly and they answer all questions. Very welcoming and friendly. The communication is excellent - ongoing updates keep you posted on all repairs and when your car is ready. The car looks perfect!! And has a lifetime warranty ! Wow!! Classic Collision in Buda is the BEST!!

Classic Collision provided excellent service! They provided regular updates on the process. Sadie explained all paperwork patiently and thoroughly. Angel explained all repairs clearly and provided a timeline. The repair crew were able to meet the timeline! The repair and paint job is perfect!! Classic Collision is outstanding! Welcoming , friendly , and making the process as smooth and easy as possible!! What a win! Enterprise is on site and Chris the agent was also outstanding!! Having a car to pick up on site of Classic Collusion is the BEST!!
