My service adviser told me that he'd be out for a couple of days when I dropped the car off, but the manager would cover for him. It didn't happen. The ball was dropped, although the car was repaired by the promised date. I did the follow-ups.

They were extremely helpful...they've helped us with any body repairs we've had to deal with on our vehicles and they're so helpful. It helps that they are local to me and practically in my neighborhood. Also helps they have a car rental attached to them for any rental needs while your car is being worked on.
