Sigo recomendando el taller porque el resultado del trabajo en el vehículo es de calidad y sé que son profesionales en lo que hacen. No obstante, esta última experiencia me dejó un mal sabor de boca por la falta de comunicación. Que una promesa de una semana se convierta en casi un mes sin recibir una sola llamada telefónica para darme la cara, me generó mucha frustración y un gasto enorme en renta de auto. Recomiendo el lugar por su trabajo técnico, pero deben mejorar drásticamente su atención al cliente.

He sido cliente frecuente de este taller por mucho tiempo y siempre fue mi lugar de confianza, pero lamentablemente esta última visita fue sumamente frustrante. Antes de dejar el vehículo, enfaticé la importancia de cumplir con los tiempos de entrega, ya que mi seguro no cubría auto de renta y yo estaba costeando ese gasto. Me aseguraron que tardaría una semana, pero el proceso se extendió a casi un mes, causándome un impacto económico severo por el pago del auto de renta. Lo peor fue la falta de comunicación activa. Limitarse a enviar mensajes de texto automáticos o escuetos no es profesional cuando hay un retraso tan grande; de hecho, tuve que presentarme en persona para que realmente me dijeran qué estaba pasando. Sugiero que mejoren la atención al cliente de forma telefónica o presencial y sean más responsables con los plazos que prometen.

El trabajo en el auto suele ser bueno y por eso he sido cliente frecuente, pero esta vez el servicio al cliente falló gravemente. Nunca me llamaron para darme actualizaciones; todo lo manejaron por textos impersonales. Una semana de espera se convirtió en un mes, lo que me costó mucho dinero en renta de auto, y nadie me daba respuestas claras hasta que tuve que ir en persona.
