As a whole your shop did a bag job..only Anthony did his job good.you all had permission to start repairs on my car on december 1st did not get it done till January 16th your shop would not return my adjusters phone calls..to end my comments in all my years dealing with business your shop was to worst ..I think if Anthony had not taking over running your shop I really think my car would still not be done.

Your shop had permission on Dec 1st to start repairing my car per the insurance adjuster. I finally got to pick it up Jan16th. It's ridiculous how long it took your company to repair a common vehicle. I truly believe if it wasn't for Anthony coming in and taking over you would still have my car in the shop.

The repair is not complete. The new door panel they ordered was damaged and the replacement has not come in yet. We were given the option to leave the truck for 2 more weeks or pick up the truck and bring it back when the part came in. We had to pick it up because we had already borrowed a car for 4 weeks. We had to pay for it without the new replacement. It has been a week and the panel is not in yet. Communication is good but service takes too long.

They explained to me exactly what repairs would be done and any choices I may have and decide on. They also have me a time frame that the car repairs would be done and sent texts to keep me up to date on repairs and if their was additional information I needed to know. They did a great job! I am very pleased with the repairs they did. I would recommend Classic Collision to anyone.
