When they gave me an estimate they said approximately 3 or 4 days. They took 15 days to complete the job. If my friend had not loaned me her car I would have had about a $700.00 rental experience. Just one excuse after another. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Our Subaru was repaired in a timely manner and looks great! Crystal was so helpful in helping me thru the process of figuring out rental vehicles and insurance issues. The manager Dennis made sure to explain all repairs made and was very accommodating. They helped make a stressful situation better and provided quality work to boot! I can’t recommend them enough.

The car looks great, with the exception of the alignment, which I will take care of. I'm very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get the car back. The scheduling was not acceptable. The car was there for two weeks and had not even been started on. Was originally told it would be needed for 3 weeks, dropped it off July 18th, didn't get it back till August 29th. Went about 10 days without the rental car. I understand the lack of help, but this was much worse than it should have been in my opinion
