I went into 3 collision repair shops to see which one I would have the work done on my truck that was hit. After visiting them, without a doubt, I chose Classic Collision. When I walked into the shop, I was greeted my Zoey, who represented the business professionally. I was impressed by the initial communication she gave, providing an inviting environment for me to ask questions, and she actually gave thoughtful answers. I was most impressed by the followup. I was consistently giving updates and when I did call, my call was immediately taken or quickly returned by Zoey. The delivered the truck when promised and went above my expectations of following through on that delivery date. My expectation was "I don't want to see that it was in a wreck". I couldn't be more happy with the work that was done. I know the entire team work hard on this and the delivered product shows it. As a business owner, one would only hope they could have such great employees that actually care about what they do.
