Caliber Collision absolutely earned a perfect rating from us! Great communication and the repair was done perfectly. When they were finished, there was no trace that anything had happened. It was easy as dropping off your keys and picking them back up again.

Initially we had a bit of a miscommunication where I was booked to drop off my car but hadn't been offered to pay for the parts to be ordered first. I paid for the parts, and they were ready to do the work a week later. When I dropped off my car, Bruce apologized to me for the earlier miscommunication on behalf of the team. I felt much better just with that. Bruce continued to communicate with me about my car while working on it and letting me know the timeline. He and his staff stayed late to finish up my car so it would be ready for me to pick up the next morning. They went above and beyond to make up for the initial miscommunication and I thoroughly appreciated everything he and his team did. The repairs were fantastic (new bumper cover on my car) and the paint is a perfect match. It looks better than before. I am very pleased with my experience.
