Mallory understood the importance of my vehicle and made sure it was garaged throughout the process. She answered all my questions. She gave me time to pick the aftermarket replacement parts that were needed so I was never rushed and I appreciated that. Even though one of the aftermarket parts wasn’t delivered yet, she had the car assembled and ready for me so I would have a vehicle while waiting for the part to arrive. Very thankful for that.

Mallorey went above and beyond in the area of customer service. The lady representative from the insurance company she had to deal with from the person who hit me was very difficult. What should have been an everyday repair claim ended up in dealing with a “bat out of hell!” Mallorey stood her ground repeatedly regarding my claim with Progressive. Her calls from Progressive were NEVER returned promptly, causing the shop to be on hold. The representative from Progressive seemed to have a negative with a chip on her shoulder, Mallorey experienced it, Enterprise experienced it and I experienced it. What I rated the customer service high on was that she held her ground and dealt with the difficut Progressive making me feel I was was a NUMBER ONE CUSTOMER to Classic Collision! That you for having outstanding employees🤗
