I wish I could have had regular and accurate updates on my car. It was finished a month after the original estimated date and kept getting delayed. I had to constantly call the place myself to see where my car was at in the process for them to tell me its going to take longer, each time. Getting more specific text updates would have been nice and explaining the situation as to why it kept getting delayed.

Communication was great! And they kept me informed about my vehicle. A plus was that they washed and vacuumed my vehicle so that was really appreciated. If I need anymore work I’d definitely come back.

I was not kept abreast of the status of my vehicle. No communication was made unless I initiated it, to include having an extension of my pickup date. Very poor customer service!
