1) Tristan the service advisor told me they wouldn't start repairs until the adjustor approved. This was around 8 am. Same day, probably before 1 pm, I called back and asked not to start repairs and I'd come pick up the car. The woman on the phone said Ok. I get there around 5:15 and she says oh there must be some mistake your car has already gone to paint. They had record of my call. No one told me this before I came to pick up the car. LouAnn says "I told him (Tristan) he needed to call you". So there was definitely a breakdown in communication and LouAnn pretty much blew it off, blaming Tristan. Sorry, she seems nice, but there was no reason someone couldn't have told me I couldn't pick up my car.
