When we picked up the vehicle we did not do a walk around or meet with anyone - just given the keys. Upon having the car for the past week we have noticed that several of the seams between the hood and front bumper and the back of the car bumper are noticeably off.

I received regular texts but they often were auto generated and not correctly giving the date of completion. When picking up the car I literally gave my name and the front desk handed me the keys. No one checked my id or walked around the car with me prior to departure.
