Out of the entire experience of getting my car repaired over the past two months, Classic Collision was the best part. Every step of the process once I reached Classic Collision went smoothly and quickly. Repairs were done quickly and Dona at the front desk was amazing. Shop took hail dents out of daughters car after damage year ago. They have repaired two of our cars; not our fault. What's with these drivers. Too distracted.

I can recommend this shop for the office staff, they are super friendly and will do their best to get you in in a timely fashion. The body work could be a little better.

I am giving a 7 because I don't really have knowledge of body work on cars. I'm not sure how reasonable it is to expect them to do work to where it was like the original condition. There are gaps where there didn't use to be gaps, and there is a crack in the headlight that I might have to take it back into the shop for.

The repairs might have to be taken back for small work, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would give the repairs a 6-7, but the staff and front desk workers deserve a 10. The Auto Adjuster with the glasses is also very friendly and does his best to get all the information they need before the repairs.
