As far as staff goes, they've been wonderful. Super nice and super helpful. The repairs themselves are great with the exception of the paint on my right front door. There's debris or speckles in the paint from what I assume was from sanding. It was more the finishing details on everything. Two of my fender bolts weren't tightened, there's greasy handprints on my roof liner all down the right side, there's some sort of silicone substance all over the wind shield and on the fenders, and a new dent on the right front rocker panel. Minor, but still, it wasn't there when I gave it to them for repair. I have ocd real bad and I also work in quality so I try not to fault places for the stuff that normally only someone like me would see. But for the money being paid out from insurance I just would think these details above would be without question. Especially when I gave the car over for repair, it was spotless. Again, great service, great people. They were attentive and very helpful. Just was not a fan of how I got it back in the condition it was in.
