Everyone was friendly and helpful. Haley kept me in the loop and was wonderful to Work with. I hate I didn’t get the name of the other lady or the gentleman in the office. They acknowledged me and knew who I was. My car looked great. The repair was excellent. The car was detail cleaned very nicely. Thanks to the whole team.

Was very disappointed with the turn time and communication. Felt like we had to constantly be checking in to find out where we were with the car. The car was delivered for service on August 6 and not finally picked up until August 21 and even then, not all of the work had been completed, but since the remaining work was cosmetic, only we just decided to forgo it.

Still waiting re correcting/reimbursement for map/interior light repair, interior dent, and caulk on the dash. The expected work was fine; the incidental damage is not, nor is the lack of a prompt response.
