I’m somewhat satisfied, but there are a few imperfections in the paint work. I brought my truck back over to the body shop Tuesday 7/28 and had Taylor to look at it. He assured me that he would contact me sometimes next week to bring my truck back to get the body shop for about an hour to see if they could buff the imperfections out. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the all the people that I met in the office, they are all very professional and friendly. Once we get this paint issue resolved, send me another survey and I will give a better rating. I tried holding off on this survey, but this is the second one that has been sent to me.

I had to have a minor repair done on my car due to a hit and run. The team kept us up to date regarding the repairs, cost and timeline of the pick up date. You can’t tell there was any damage. They even went a step further and cleaned the inside of my car.

Had a argument with my adjuster about my car then once I picked it up after keeping for 3 weeks my interior was not properly put back now I was told I have to wait because of someone not being at work.. very unsatisfied.
