Customer service was fine. I was originally told a start date that was about 45 days after my accident and that there was no possible way that I could be worked in sooner. However once it was found out that I had a rental car and would have one until my services were complete I was worked in within the next few days. Not complaining but it was perplexing and frustrating how quickly that changed.

While the car was declared a total loss and no repair work was done; just based on communication and professionalism alone, these guys are miles above the rest. I will definitely be coming back here for any future needs.
